The nuances of the day to day implementation of digital transformation is hard and can also be a lonely position in any organization.  The BIM DnA Group believes that leaning on others who have the same experiences can bring immense value to a new specialization within the industry.  There are also many BIM specialists grown out of training in other areas of the industry that can use advice to grow into this role.   

We provide a twofold approach, both coaching and mentoring.  Coaching which focuses on skill enhancement, goal achievement, and performance improvement as well addressing specific challenges and mentoring that supports holistic career guidance and sharing career experiences.
