Experience:
We have over 20 years of experience developing digital transformation strategies in a variety of architecture firms that reflect the unique needs of their respective organization. Each roadmap and plan is developed from true engagement with all stakeholders and based on international insights and industry direction. Our agility to adapt engagement to suit the culture and scale of the organization.
Having worked with both the public and private sector on determining what data will bring real value for the various BIM uses needed and how they also support a business case comes from experience in practice working on projects as well as overseeing the digital delivery of hundreds of projects over the years.
