ISO 19650 for Architects (Lead Appointed Party)
The course will introduce ISO 19650, the international standard for building information modelling, this session is a focused overview for Architects or those responsible for Information Management regarding the built environment. The role based session will include the following: an introduction to the framework , the core methodologies for managing information, operational phase considerations, implementing information exchange, and guidance on security-minded information management but will diver deeper into the responsibility of the Lead Appointed Party (Prime Consultant). Core concepts, terms, principles, roles and responsibilities, and specific information requirements will be simplified to everyday language to provide a clear understanding of its purpose.
